Course Information
Description
Fall arrest is an integral part of today’s workplace so it’s extremely important that workers understand how to protect themselves.  This program not only targets workers but supervisors and other levels of management as well.

Our program not only covers the CSA standard but the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations that apply to the workplace.  We make sure there is a clear understanding on how to properly wear and size a harness as well as the many different types of anchors and which ones work best for certain applications.

All workers who are using fall arrest must complete an inspection form to show their due diligence has been done.  We share inspection tips with all participants so that they are aware of what to look for.  A defective harness should never be worn by anyone in the field.

Upon completion of this program, workers & supervisors will be able to return to the jobsite and have a variety of knowledge as to how to comply with the regulations and work safe.

Who benefits from this program?

Workers who are required to wear fall arrest as well as supervisors and JHSC members.
